With Online Banking Alerts, Member Direct Services detects events that occur within your online banking and sends alerts directly to you by email or text. For example, if you choose to receive an alert when a new bill payee is added in online banking then everytime a new payee is added, Member Direct detects this and sends you an alert via email and/or texts.
You choose which alerts to receive and how to receive the alert. You can easily set up which alerts you wish to receive in online banking and can add or delete alerts at any time.
