    New Online Banking and Mobile App Now Available

    Enjoy a new robust and exciting digital banking experience when it comes to banking on the go
     

    Both our Online and Mobile Banking App are getting a facelift 

    On April 13th 2023 The Police Credit Union will be simultaneously launching a new Online Banking portal as well as a new robust looking mobile app. Members will be introduced to a brand new modern look and user experience on both platforms which includes intuitive navigation allowing members to access their financial information quickly and seamlessly.

    How can you access this refreshed online banking experience?

    Our website will automatically update on April 13th 2023, so when members login moving forward they will be introduced to the new Online Banking portal.

    For the mobile app members can download the new app via their designated app store. Members will be prompted on their mobile devices to upgrade immediately on April 17th if not downloaded by then.*  Once the member has updated they will be using the new mobile app permanently. 

    *Please note that the iOS version of the app will not be available as the same day as Android. More details to come soon on its release date.

    Supported Browsers and Operating Systems

    To make the most of this new online banking experience we recommend using the latest supported browsers. Our new system still supports Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome, and for Mac users Safari as well. Internet Explorer 11 is not supported.

    The refreshed version of our Mobile App is compatible with both iOS11 and Android 6.0 or higher. To ensure your transition to the new app is seamless and secure, we recommend using the latest supported operating system. It would be best to check your settings to make sure.

    Unfortunately no. Once we transition to the new Online Banking system, the older version will no longer be available for you to use.
    The new mobile app will be available on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store on April 13th 2023.
    The current mobile app members are using right now will be replaced on April 13th 2022 and will cease to function after April 14th. At that point if you still have the old app you will be prompted with a forced upgrade when opened after launch.
    Here at The Police Credit Union we always strive to provide you with a better digital banking experience. Upgrading both our Online Banking and Mobile App platforms will make it easier for members such as you to bank at home, on a tablet or your phone.
    Yes. Although a different look, you will still be able to bank the way you always do, with the experience increasingly intuitive and streamlined.

    Our next steps after the refresh is to work on adding new and exciting banking features. Stay tuned!
    No, as with both platforms, only the display has changed. All other functionalities remain the same with the login procedure, your login credentials, and any information you already have with online banking (i.e. bill vendors, recurring payments, e-Transfer contacts etc.).
