Gary Leitch has been a member of The Police Credit Union since 1965. He was a member of the Sub-Audit Group from 2002 - 2008 and assisted the Internal Auditor. He joined the Board in 2008 and is currently serving as:

• Vice-Chair of the Board
• Chair of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee
• Co-Chair of Scholarship Committee

Past positions on the Board:

• Chair of the Audit Committee
• Chair of the Policy Committee
• Chair of the Social Committee

Gary began his career with the Metro Toronto Police Force in 1965 and retired in March of 1996 with the rank of Staff Inspector. He had the privilege of gaining extensive experience in budgeting, strategic planning, training, and education during his career.

Gary has furthered his police education at Seneca College, The Canadian Police College, The Ontario Police College and has taught Law Enforcement subjects at Seneca College, Sir Sanford Fleming College and Durham College. He continues to take Credit Union related courses and has attained the Directors Certificate from D.I.C.O. These experiences have assisted him during his tenure on the Board.

During these trying times, stability on your Board is important. Gary has worked tirelessly on your behalf and has a valued working relationship with Management, Staff, and the other Board members of The Police Credit Union.
