Registering for your Online Banking Alerts is easy and FREE. Once in On-line banking, click the Messages and Alerts tab and you’ll be walked through the process. If you need help, we are only a phone call away 1.800.561.2557!

You can be ‘Alerted’ when:
  • A new bill payee is added
  • Interac e-Transfer recipient is added
  • Your Personal Access Code was changed on-line
  • On-line banking is locked after 3 attempts
  • Your On-line account has been logged into

Online Banking Alerts are text or email messages (or both) that will notify you of a wide range of online banking account conditions. Most importantly Online Banking Alerts are a convenient way for you to be alerted of any suspicious or fraudulent activity involving your online banking activity and will serve to reduce online banking fraud because your Alerts are relevant, timely and specific to your account.

With Online Banking Alerts, MemberDirect Services detects events that occur within your online banking and sends alerts directly to you by email or text. For example, if you choose to receive an alert when a new bill payee is added in online banking then every time a new payee is added, MemberDirect detects this and sends you an alert via email and/or text.

You choose which alerts to receive and how to receive the alert. You can easily set up which alerts you wish to receive in online banking and can add or delete alerts at any time.
